2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Case A – Duplicate Transaction or Incorrect Amount
If you’ve made a duplicate payment or entered an incorrect amount, please email us at info@narisetufoundation.org with your donation details and a valid reason.
Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Note: Transaction charges (if applicable) will be borne by the donor.
Case B – Transaction Failure (Amount Debited but Not Credited)
If your transaction fails but your account is debited, please reach out to your bank or payment gateway directly. While Nari Setu Foundation will assist where possible, we are not liable for bank-level discrepancies.
